Angular Separation
====================
Many times when measuring asteroids or comets you will want to know how far
and in what direction and asteroid or comet moved between exposures. This
is a handy little calculator to figure it out. It is really only good for
small angles (say less than 10 arcmin or so) so don't trust if for large
angles.
When you invoke it, you will be asked for the RA and DEC of the first
point and then the RA and DEC for the second point. JIMSAIP will return the
separation in arcseconds and the position angle in degrees measured from
the North clockwise (i.e., East is 90 deg).
