The Rotate Function

The Rotate function will allow you to rotate the image in Buffer A by a
specified angle. The result is displayed in the B buffer. Buffer A is
unaffected.
Generally speaking, the Align and Calibrate and Measure functions will handle all the
rotations you need (up to +/- 60 deg) but Rotate is available if you need
it. Use the Flip and Invert functions for rotations in 90 deg
multiples.
